The AI Engine systems team plays a key role in the development of C/C++ based kernels for AI/ML systems, mapping a CNN/RNN/NLP network architecture into Xilinx AI Engine devices, system integration and performance characterization of Xilinx’s advanced device families.
In this role, the individual will be responsible for mapping a specific compute algorithm into Xilinx AI Engine device, development of C/C++ kernel that performs the specific functions in an algorithm, performance simulations and optimization, system development using video analytics and Xilinx ML IP library, developing SW framework and application to validate functionality and performance of the intelligent video pipeline on pre-silicon/target silicon device ensuring silicon architecture goals can be met. This role expects the individual to work across cross-functional teams to resolve IP and SW dependencies and minimize schedule risk. This role also requires creating customer facing documentation for the products that will be delivered to the customers. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
BS with 5+ years of exp or MS with 3+ years of exp or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or related equivalent
