Student will explore the semiconductor product characterization engineering environment, and have a good understanding on product, characterization, ATE (Automate Test Equipment), bench equipment and latest semiconductor interface technology like DDR interfaces.
The objective of the project is to study the parametric performance, create design, patterns and automation on bench characterization.
The project involves:
1. Parametric data collection across process, voltage and temperature
2. Data analysis and characterisation of the product performance
3. Generating scripts to automate data post processing and analysis
- Be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written
- Possess good fundamental knowledge in Digital/Analog electronics and programming
- Possess a strong interest in developing software code
