As a key member of our Recruitment Team, the coordinator will manage the complete interview process to ensure a positive candidate experience. You will work closely with our Recruiters to ensure a positive interview experience for all candidates. We're looking for someone who is smart, inventive, and strong attention to detail. This position will rely heavily on your superb ability to balance multiple and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Provide day to day support to the recruiting and HR team, schedule all interviews, support the hiring groups, initiate background check, schedule travel for candidates and manage the reimbursement process.
Track all candidate activity and interface professionally with hiring managers, recruiters and candidates.
Coordinate written and verbal communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process
Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) system and develop reports.
Take on an array of special HR projects that advance the mission of our recruiting team.
Work in a team environment with a collaborative and positive attitude to ensure the success of the recruitment team.
BS Degree or equivalent work experience desired
Experience working within a fast paced environment serving multiple client groups
Proven ability to work collaboratively with a strong customer service focus, gaining consensus of team and colleagues while implementing new processes and tools
Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organization skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Must be detail oriented
Working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook is a plus
Knowledge of ATS systems such as Taleo, Workday would be beneficial.
Previous recruitment experience beneficial
