This position is part of the People Services HR Operations Team which provides direct support to company employees, other HR groups and company management by handling a variety of HR-related transactions and questions.

Responsibilities

  • Provides information, guidance and direction on global HR programs, processes, and procedures to employees and managers

 

  • Administers human resources programs, policies, and practices in a shared-services HR model
     
  • Appropriately escalates requests from employees to the appropriate teams and provides resolution as the single source contact for the employee

 

  • Reviews and edits essential internal communications prior to dissemination to ensure accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness
     
  • Identifies key trends needing to be addressed and writes knowledge content to educate others
     
  • Responsible for day to day data management, leave and benefits administration, various spectrum of HR operational scope, e.g.: onboarding, visas application, letters preparation etc

Qualifications

  • Minimum Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business Administration related field

 

  • Possesses good knowledge on Singapore’s Employment Laws, Labour Relations, Work Regulations and HR Practices

 

•     2+ years of experience in Human Resources

 

•     3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Tools (e.g.: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive etc)

  • Experienced with ServiceNow is highly preferred
