Job Responsibilities
Job responsibilities:

Understand overall program and ensure functional organizational goals meet requirements

Establish and maintain outstanding peer networks with functional group leaders and staff as required (Test Operations, Package and Assembly Engineering, Test Engineering, Product Engineering, NPI Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Quality, etc)

Integrate the various functions in Production Operations and interface with various Marketing, NPI, Sales and Technology partners to define, plan and manage strategic programs

Achieve operation excellence to deliver and implement the most effective manufacturing solutions to support the entire lifecycle for all Xilinx products in production and continue to add value by optimizing for the yield, cost, quality, cycle time, etc

This function will also focus on Manufacturing flow re-engineering, custom products assessment and creation and manage major changes in the supply chain

Adjust plans to real-time issues and achieve organizational buy-in of change request

Be the focal point for effective intra and inter group communication

Coordinates cross-functional meetings – set agendas, publish minutes, capture actions and drive them to closure

Participate in meetings - re-broadcast essential information to functional leaders as appropriate

Present oral and written updates at management reviews
Education & Experience:
-
Typically requires an engineering or supply chain related degree or equivalent with a minimum of four years of relevant experience
-
In lieu of Project management experience, a candidate could have project or team lead experience in semiconductor engineering (test product, yield or characterization) or supply chain and planning fields
-
Candidate should have experience as a team lead and working in a cross-functional team environment
-
Able to perform complex work involving new or constantly changing difficult problems
-
Demonstrate independence in completing projects on schedule and succeeding when receiving general guidance on new assignments
-
Demonstrating the ability to learn on the job and outstanding communication skills in English, both oral and written are a must
-
Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and Power point tools
