As a SerDes V&C team member, you will be working side-by-side with a team of industry-leading engineers who are developing validation and characteristics solutions for the cutting-edge generation of transceivers.

Successful Internship candidates will work as part of a team on projects which may include:

  • Development of automated testing environment and test scenarios

  • Research and development of performance analysis tools, including data processing, results/metrics analysis and management

  • Creation of documentations and reports of results

  • Hands-on experience with the latest Xilinx Adaptive Compute Acceleration Platform (ACAP) devices and boards

Education Requirements
 

Student must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Program pursing an Electrical / Computer Engineering / Engineering Science degree

 

Qualifications

  • Experienced in Python, C, Verilog, GitHub, and/or FPGA design
  • Hands-on experience with high-speed scope, BERTs, VNA and associated lab equipment for SERDES characterization
  • A strong passion for technologies and a willingness to jump in, learn new techniques and share findings
  • A team player with strong written and verbal skills
  • Available to start in Oct/Nov 2020 for a minimum of 20-40 hours per week
    • Position will end in May 2021
