Job Description:
-Able to lead the team technically and mentor juniors.
-Contribute to product design and establishment of requirements
-Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor the progress of projects
-Proficient in C and embedded systems.
-10+years of experience in Linux driver development (USB/SD/MMC/I2C/NAND/Ethernet) and application development.
-Multimedia driver/framework exposure (v4l2 framework, DRM framework, Audio, GPU,HDMI, MIPI, Display, Camera device drivers)
-Hands-on experience with Configuration Management tool like GIT, Perforce.
-Have an interest to constantly learn and share new findings.
-A quality mindset, ability for strategic thinking and a drive to always improve.
-Self-motivated
Skills required:
-Minimum of 2 years’ experience in management
-Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
-Exceptional communication and reporting skills
-Solid working knowledge in all required software and programming languages
-Outstanding leadership skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively
-Linux application programming
-Linux internals (Memory management, File system internals, synchronization, Interrupt handling)
-Linux device driver development
-Embedded C, MMU, Cache policies
-ARM v7/v8 architecture exposure
-Excellent debugging skills at kernel and user space and exposure to different debugging tools
-Knowledge on PCIe, Ethernet, TCP, I2C protocols.
-High level understanding of ARM processor assembly programming.
