Responsibilities:

  • Have an in-depth PCIe knowledge
  • Be a very strong architect and work with architects, upper management, peers and employees across multiple organizations.
  • Understand PCIe competitiveness in the industry and translate this into PCIe roadmaps and development strategies.
  • Contribute to key working groups (like PCIsig, PCIgen6, CXL, CCSIX).
  • Clear grasp of customer visible parameters (timing, power, area).
  • Work with verification and validation teams including bringup and V&C to ensure bug convergence.
  • Make tradeoffs with FPGA operational & functional parameters.
  • Lead and manage the PCIe team - drive to Features, Resource, and Schedule milestones.
  • Key role in Customer Support and new business.
  • Have strong RTL design skills


Education:

  • MS with 12+ years of experience, or a PhD with 10+ years of experience in a semiconductor related field
