Responsibilities
• Perform simulations using Hspice and/or ADS
• Perform model extractions using HFSS and/or Q3D
• Perform lab measurement for SIPI analysis

 

Education Requirements

• Experience with simulation and extraction tools including Hspice, ADS, HFSS and Q3D
• Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.
• Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Currently pursuing a MS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

  • Looking for a candidate with availability to start in March 2020
  • Duration 6-12 months
  • Full time schedule: 40hr/week
