The intern will work as part of the Xilinx Sales Infrastructure team to support our world class Sales and Sales Operations teams.


We expect the intern to have active engagement in the following activities in the internship period:

  • Participate in the deployment of a new CRM system (Salesforce) to support our opportunity and account management processes
  • Communicate with the business organization on the scheduling and implementation of customer master changes
  • Optimize the current customer master process
  • Create and maintain user documentation current with changes
  • Collaborate with internal teams on process improvements


By joining this internship, the intern will work with team members and other stakeholders across different teams, experience the inner workings of a team at Xilinx and enrich his/her knowledge of the following areas. 

  • Customer Relationship Management Systems
  • Account Management and Customer Master process
  • Effective Communication & Teamwork
  • Change Management








Entering Junior or Senior year Undergraduate or Graduate Student in Business, Business Management or related discipline.






  • User-level experience with Microsoft tools
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented to provide project deliverables on schedule
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
