Xilinx is seeking a Regional Sales Manager who will drive Data Center business growth from strategic accounts as well as ecosystem development in North China.  




  • Exceed annual revenue targets.

  • Develop account plan and execute growth strategy with FAE and supporting team.

  • Identify and develop strategic relationships with key server OEMs executives and decision-makers. Create influence and affinity for Xilinx and Alveo accelerator cards at assigned server OEMs in North China.

  • Work with assigned server OEMs and selected ISVs to develop Go To Market plan.

  • Gain a solid understanding of customer business initiatives, challenges and industry trend to identify ways for customers to increase their competitive advantage using Xilinx solutions.

  • Work closely with local technical support teams to develop winning proposals which capture and articulate the relevant Xilinx technical and business value.

  • Develop ecosystem partnerships with ISVs, Cloud providers, server vendors and end customers related to specific vertical markets, including fintech, video, data analytics, Machine Learning, HPC and SmartNIC.

  • Possess system knowledge in existing and emerging Data Center trends in compute, storage, and networking platforms

  • Coupled tightly to architecture team members

  • Measured on revenue, key design win targets and strategic objectives



The right candidate will possess more than 10 years of strategic business development, technical and solution sales, and/or product management experience in server industry. The successful candidate is expected to have a successful track record:


Experience and Skills Required:


  • Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field

  • At least 10 years sales experience in the server industry. Specific experience in selling semiconductor solutions to hyperscaler or enterprise data center accounts is preferred.

  • Knowledge of systems/solution selling related to hyperscaler or enterprise data center customers. The preferred candidates will also be able to demonstrate a work history of tracking records with excellent results, successful teamwork, and high personal accountability

  • Excellent ability to engage and influence C-level executives.

  • Strong ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.

  • Strong leadership, organization, planning, time management skills

  • Experience managing sales regions, sale teams and prioritizing opportunities

  • Top notch selling, negotiating, and business closing skills
