The Sales Operations team supports the worldwide sales team and sales process and infrastructure enabling efficient day to day activities.  In the role of Change Management on this team, you will guide the sales team through the changes associated to project implementation and measure and drive adoption.

 

The Senior Change Manager – Sales Process and CRM will collaborate with colleagues at all levels and in all functions to continuously evolve and steer alignment with the sales process and business requirements.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • End user adoption and adherence to new sales processes
  • Continuous assessment of process adoption
  • Point communication & coaching
  • New process definition and system requirements
  • Training and knowledge sharing

 

 


 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 5+ years of experience in change management
  • 5+ years in sales, sales operations or sales enablement
  • Experience deploying new CRM Systems in to global sales force (i.e. SalesForce.com, MS Dynamcis) 
  • Robust sales operations and business process management experience

Desired qualifications:

  • Experience in the semiconductor and distribution channel
  • Familiarity with Oracle Business Intelligence, Seibel CRM, Google Analytics
  • Experience in sales, forecasting, or field support
  • Detail oriented with a deep curiosity for how things work
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
