Student will explore the semiconductor product characterization engineering environment, and have a good understanding on product, characterization, ATE (Automate Test Equipment), bench equipment and latest semiconductor interface technology like DDR3/4.
The objective of the project is to study the parametric performance, create design, patterns and automation on bench characterization.
The project involves:
1. Parametric data collection across process, voltage and temperature
2. Data analysis and characterisation of the product performance
3. Generating scripts to automate data post processing and analysis
• Be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written
• Possess good fundamental knowledge in Digital/Analog electronics and programming
• Possess a strong interest in developing software code
