Software-acceleration is one of the hottest topics in the world of computing. With the advent of machine learning, computer vision, and other high complexity workloads, Xilinx FPGAs have emerged as the ideal custom computing platform.
Xilinx is looking for highly motivated engineers with an Arm software development background to drive development of the SDx tool suite.
The SDx tool suite enables customers to create hardware accelerated applications for data center or end points targeting both our Zynq MPSoCs or our Alveo acceleration boards in areas including data processing, machine learning, and computer vision. The tools let software developers working in C, C++, OpenCL and/or OpenCV to easily and rapidly target our FPGAs by automating software acceleration in programmable logic to enable new applications through unprecedented low latency high performance per watt solutions.
In this role, you will be working with customers targeting hardware accelerated applications in areas including data processing, neural net inferencing and computer vision with the goals of helping the customer be successful and understanding customer use cases to help drive tool improvements.
You will be working very closely with customers, partners, FAEs and Xilinx R&D to ensure successful deployment of the technology and rapid resolution of issues and translate feedback into product enhancements to improve the tools for hardware and software developers.
