Xilinx is searching for a Senior Manager of Sales Operations who will be responsible for sales system infrastructure and associated business process. This highly visible position will manage a global team of analysts, program managers and sales system support professionals and will work with functional and cross functional teams to manage and implement strategic system initiatives for the sales organization. This position will report directly to the Director of Global Sales Operations.
Lead, manage, and mentor a high performing global team of business/system analysts, program managers and system support personnel
Develop strategic goals by digesting sales business challenges, defining objectives, executing against milestones and evaluating outcomes
Build and communicate functional and cross functional prioritization process for evaluating and resourcing sales system infrastructure initiatives
Establish best practices, build out robust system/process documentation and drive accountability throughout the organization
Facilitate the creation and maintenance of key business processes to increase the scalability and effectiveness of Sales
10+ years total work experience including management experience, sales operations, and/or program/project management.
3+ years of demonstrated expertise and success in managing teams and executing and leading large scale programs in a program management role or as a top-tier consultant.
Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems and drive solutions cross-functionally
Demonstrated capacity for and success with developing and managing functional and cross-functional relationships, interactions with senior executive leadership, and effective process management.
Able to build solid and collaborative relationships with multiple constituencies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Ability to assess and balance risk.
