Job Description:

 

Xilinx is looking for an Electronic Fulfillment & eCOM Lead who is responsible for defining and maintaining the project plan for Xilinx Electronic Fulfillment (XEF) including milestones, resources required, time management analysis, risk assessment and contingency plans:

 

Other Responsibilities include:

 

  • Working with a cross functional team to ensuring timely and accurate communication, deliverables are met on time, and issues are resolved
  • Maintaining all Xilinx products on hosted XEF vender site (OMS SafeHarbor)
  • Coordinator for eCOM including:
    • Preparation/updating of parts, pricing and lead-time
    • Lead for escalations from internal and external customers
  • Coordination of product maintenance and launches from XEF site
    • Working with NOC Team and WebOps to make sure all teams understand what is being done and it gets approved on the Xilinx side
  • Coordinating and implementation of new products and third-party vouchers to XEF with Xilinx Marketing, Build Team and Engineering including release in XPM.
    • Understand general licensing process and procedures
    • Understand request documentation to translate into set-up in system
    • Understand how license generations works and what customer does with license to enable software and IP features
  • Subject matter expert on the backend Electronic Fulfillment system particularly in areas focusing on product creation and problem-solving day to day issues from field and customers.
  • Managing the supplier and the front-line contact for the XEF supplier covering all day to day operations
  • Lead test liaison for changes in XEF
    • Working with Customer Service Team, Web Team and Marketing to make sure they understand the changes
  • Drive certain projects  to successfully meet metric goals
  • Supporting metrics by updating the spreadsheets on XEF SharePoint Site
  • Creating project plans, requirements and schedules for the quarterly releases

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 





 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • BA/BS degree with minimum of 5 years experience
  • Able to demonstrate previous experience implementing and maintaining an existing license system
    • This includes being able to show how licenses were set-up and distributed
    • Would need to be able to explain how customers used said licenses in their products
  • Experience creating and maintaining schedules, tracking details, and risk assessment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and organization
  • Demonstrated PLM experience in Agile or XPM
  • General understanding of board building processes via contract manufacturing for process and documentation creation/support.
  • Must be able to demonstrate multi-tasking, a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and follow-up skills while maintain a positive attitude
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively manage through influence, integrity, initiative, and leadership skills
  • Quick learner and demonstrated training skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and Visio
  • Ability to work in a diverse group whose focus is exceeding customer expectations with the highest quality products and services.  This includes working globally with different time zones and ethnics.
