This is a new high level individual contributor role that will be a key member of the Product and Vertical Marketing team. Reporting to the VP, Business Operations and Planning, this role will be instrumental in developing and driving the business strategy and execution of the company. This unique role will span across several marketing organizations and will work in partnership with Finance and other functional teams. He/she will be expected to build executable business plans with strong governance and measures of success. Cross-group collaboration and the ability to influence without direct control over resources will be required to deliver extraordinary results.
Establish and lead a marketing annual strategic planning process in coordination with vertical marketing teams. Process will run annually and will deliver Market Segment Analysis, Strategic Long Range Plans, Market Business Plans, etc.
Lead custom strategic projects thought the year in support of SVP priorities, ie: investigate market opportunities and develop market strategies
Collaborate to develop long-term strategy as well as fiscal year goals, set direction and drive alignment
Develop BoD level materials to document the corporate and marketing strategy
Maintain strong interaction and collaboration with Finance, Marketing, and E-Staff, to ensure alignment of priorities and approval of plans
Qualifications & Experience
12+ years of work experience in technology company or related space. Management Consulting experience is highly desirable
Direct experience in strategic and business planning required
Broad semiconductor market knowledge, understanding of typical business models and GTM strategies
Strong business skills and knowledge in a high tech environment
Experience working cross-functionally and with executives to accomplish organizational priorities
Strong written, oral and social communication skills
