The Account Manager will drive Data Center business growth from strategic accounts as well as ecosystem development in South China.
Exceed annual revenue targets.
Develop account plan and execute growth strategy with FAE and supporting team.
Understand and prioritize account opportunities to drive maximum ROI.
Ownership and build up strong customer relationship.
Gain a solid understanding of customer business initiatives, challenges and industry trend to identify ways for customers to increase their competitive advantage using Xilinx solutions.
Work closely with local technical support teams to develop winning proposals which capture and articulate the relevant Xilinx technical and business value.
Board promotion and selling to accelerate adoption with Data Center customers
Develop ecosystem partnership to grow Data Center business.
Domain expertise in Compute, Networking and Storage segments
Possess system knowledge in existing and emerging Data Center trends in compute, storage, and networking platforms
Coupled tightly to architecture team members
Measured on revenue, key design win targets and strategic objectives
BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent with 10+ years of engineering, business management/leadership or sales and marketing experience
Experience and Skills Required:
Technical competence in enterprise, data center application knowledge
Strong communication (listening, verbal and written) skills with an emphasis on technical presentation skills
Strong leadership, organization, planning, time management skills
Experience managing sales regions, sale teams and prioritizing opportunities
Top notch selling, negotiating, and business closing skills
